Yes, YOU

absolutely CAN meditate!

Find peace, focus, and build a sustainable

practice in just 8 weeks.

Wednesdays | 8 p.m. | 45 min. sessions

January 7th – February 18th 2026

Meditation feels like something other people do. Not someone like you, with a million responsibilities and barely a spare moment to breathe.

I hear you...

“It’s the way my mind works, I can’t switch off.”

“I’m not the kind of person who can sit still for five minutes, let alone twenty!”

“I’ve tried, but I just can’t.”

You want to

meditate, but...

Every time you try to slow down, life pulls you in a dozen directions at once. The pressure to keep up, the constant pings of notifications, and the never-ending demands of work or family all compete for your attention.

By the end of the day, you’re left feeling frustrated, guilty, and exhausted. You long for calm, but it just doesn't seem possible for someone with a life this full.

Imagine...

A life where you handle stress with ease, knowing exactly how to settle your mind and body whenever life demands it. You feel truly present with your family, your work, and yourself. Meditation is a natural, effortless part of your routine, a simple practice that fits seamlessly into your daily life, bringing peace, clarity, and perspective.

My 8-week Learn to Meditate course will guide you there.

Using techniques designed to regulate your nervous system, you’ll learn practical, proven meditation methods that work anytime, anywhere. You’ll understand how they impact both mind and body, so you can use them with confidence.

By the end of eight weeks, you won’t just feel calmer, you’ll have a sustainable practice that supports your energy, focus, and overall wellbeing.

That’s why I originally designed and taught Learn to Meditate for the London Ambulance Service, where time is scarce and pressure runs high. The techniques are short, practical and work with your body and nervous system, helping you move from pressure into ease within minutes.

TESTIMONIALS

This course profoundly improved my wellbeing and reinvigorated me to be more focused on being calm and present in the moment, especially during times of challenge.

Would highly recommend the course. It helps you to find ways of grounding, anywhere, anytime. Thank you!

I really enjoyed the meditation course. It was excellent. I found the grounding techniques very effective and will continue to use them.

I wasn't sure about doing this as I had never tried anything like meditation before and was a bit worried it might be a bit way out for me. However, Heather was great and explained everything clearly.

I was hesitant in signing up initially as I was not sure what to expect, but it was a real eye opener. It had a positive impact on how I reacted to situations and helped to calm my mind when I was anxious.

About me

I’m Heather Rooke, founder and CEO of

mind, body, SELF, and a Psychotherapist, Holistic Therapist, and Personal Growth and Mindset Coach. More than titles, I am someone who is deeply curious about people, how we relate to the world, and how we connect with ourselves.

My own journey hasn’t always been calm or balanced. For years, I lived with anxiety and ran on constant nervous energy. Slowing down felt impossible, and meditation? That was just for other people, not something I could ever do. Through psychotherapy, NLP, holistic therapies, and meditation, I learned how to regulate my nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns, and create real, lasting change.

That is why I created Learn to Meditate. It was originally designed for the London Ambulance Service, where stress is high and time is scarce. It had to be practical, realistic, and genuinely effective.

Now I share it more widely, because everyone should have access to practices that actually fit into real life. My approach is down to earth, grounded in both lived experience and professional training. Sustainable practices that feel natural, achievable, and supportive.

This course is for you if...

You are curious about meditation and open to learning approachable ways to make it part of your day.

You would appreciate guidance from someone who understands what it is like to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or stretched thin.

THE FAQ'S

I’ve never meditated before. Will this be too difficult for me?

Not at all. Learn to Meditate starts with short, simple practices and builds gradually. You’ll learn techniques that work with your mind and body so meditation becomes practical, achievable, and genuinely effective.

I’m really busy. How will I fit this in?

Each session is 45 minutes once a week, with simple daily practices of just a few minutes in between. These short, manageable exercises are designed to reduce stress, help you feel calmer, and carry more energy through your day without adding extra pressure.

What if I miss a session?

Recordings are available for two weeks after each session so you can catch up at your own pace. Attending live when you can is encouraged because practising with others, reflecting together, and sharing accountability adds extra depth and support to your learning.

I’ve tried meditation courses before and they didn’t stick.

This course was originally designed for the London Ambulance Service, where stress is high and time is limited. You’ll learn practical, flexible techniques that fit into your life, and I’ll guide you step by step to embed them so that by the end of eight weeks you’ll have a personal practice that sticks and supports you every day.

I’m not sure I can quiet my mind or sit still.

You don’t need to switch off your thoughts to meditate. In this course you’ll learn how to calm your mind by bringing awareness to your body and breath, working with your energy rather than fighting it. This makes meditation feel natural and achievable, even if your mind is busy.

Do I need anything special to join?

All you need is access to Zoom, a quiet space, and a chair or the floor. No equipment or prior experience is required.

This feels like a big investment right now. Is it really worth it?

Your investment in this course (and yourself) will give you something you can use every day, long after the course ends. Feeling less anxious, sleeping better, and having ways to calm yourself when life feels overwhelming can be invaluable.
