The Morning Reset

5 Minutes.

5 Days.

£5.

Live Zoom event, every day

Monday 1st – Friday 5th December

6:30-6:35 a.m.

If you’ve been craving a calmer mind, steadier nerves, or a moment in your day that feels just for you, this is your invitation.

From Monday 1st – Friday 5th December, I’m hosting a 5-day live Zoom event to show you the power of taking just five minutes to interrupt fight-or-flight, ground your energy, and start the day feeling centred.

Over 5 days, in just 5 minutes a day, for just £5 you’ll discover:

1

A calmer start to your day

2

Feeling steadier before the chaos begins

3

Interrupting fight-or-flight in minutes

4

A simple habit you can actually maintain

5

Clarity, grounding, and emotional regulation that lasts

This...

No pressure. No perfection. Just a simple, guided practice each morning with a supportive community group showing up together.

If you’ve been telling yourself you don’t have time… this is for you.

"I don't have time!"

Are you sure?

Your first five minutes already went somewhere today.

Scrolling. Emails. Reacting. Rushing.

We all do it. Not because we don’t care about ourselves, but because our mornings run on autopilot before we’ve even realised it.

The 5:5:5 Reset isn’t asking you to find more time.

It helps you reclaim the minutes you’re already losing to stress before the day begins.

Five minutes is enough to regulate your nervous system, interrupt overwhelm, and shift you out of survival mode, long before your to-do list has a say.

This isn’t another commitment. It’s a moment that gives you back the rest of your day. If you think you don’t have time, this is probably for you.

'WHY £5, WHY NOT FREE?"

Because when we invest, we show up.

And you matter enough to commit.

If it were free, you’d join with the best intentions… then life would pull you away. Not because you don’t care, but because you’re human. A tiny investment creates accountability, the gentle nudge that says, “This five minutes is for me.”

The £5 isn’t about cost. It’s about value.

Five guided mornings that calm your mind, settle your body, and help you start each day feeling grounded instead of scattered.

It’s not a gimmick. It’s a practical reset designed to support you when life ramps up. If you’ve been craving a shift, this small commitment might be the thing that actually makes it happen.

About me

I’m Heather Rooke, founder and CEO of

mind, body, SELF, and a Psychotherapist, Holistic Therapist, and Personal Growth and Mindset Coach. More than titles, I am someone who is deeply curious about people, how we relate to the world, and how we connect with ourselves.

My own journey hasn’t always been calm or balanced. For years, I lived with anxiety and ran on constant nervous energy. Slowing down felt impossible, and meditation? That was just for other people, not something I could ever do. Through psychotherapy, NLP, holistic therapies, and meditation, I learned how to regulate my nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns, and create real, lasting change.

That is why I created Learn to Meditate. It was originally designed for the London Ambulance Service, where stress is high and time is scarce. It had to be practical, realistic, and genuinely effective.

Now I share my workshops and courses more widely, because everyone should have access to practices that actually fit into real life. My approach is down to earth, grounded in both lived experience and professional training. Sustainable practices that feel natural, achievable, and supportive.
